How it works

From a conversation, to your longevity plan.

Six simple steps. It takes time, on purpose, because a real scientist reads your DNA carefully, not a machine in a rush.

  1. 01

You tell us what you want to know

It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you would like to understand about how you age and how to live longer and better. A few questions, written for a curious adult, not a long form.

  2. 02

    You give us your DNA

Send a DNA file you already have, or we mail a saliva kit to your door. Collecting it takes minutes. The science we run on it is the hard part, and that is ours to handle.

  3. 03

We send you a clear proposal

A precision medicine analyst writes back with a plain proposal: which areas we will read, how long it takes, and the price. Nothing happens until you say yes.

  4. 04

    A scientist reads your DNA

One scientist sits with your file. Each area is read against the latest research and weighed against the rest of your biology, then written in plain language. You get findings you can understand and act on, not a list of gene variants.

  5. 05

Every finding is checked, then signed

Before anything reaches you, each finding is checked against the published science and signed by the scientist who wrote it. This is informational, not clinical: anything that needs a doctor is flagged for you to bring to yours. When a question is truly clinical, we point you to Helixir Health, our sister practice.

  6. 06

    Your plan arrives

Your longevity analysis arrives as a printed volume with a digital edition kept private to you. The object is considered, but what matters is what it tells you to do next.

At the end

Something you can hold, and act on.

Your plan arrives as a printed volume, with a digital edition kept private to you. You can read it once and return to it for years, as your life and your biology change.

The first step

It starts with a conversation.

No call, no waiting room, a short intake, then a personal note back from a precision medicine analyst with a proposal calibrated to what you actually asked for.
