  1. 01

What a Longevity Essential Analysis is

A Helixir Genomics analysis is a personal interpretation of your genomic data, prepared by a genomics scientist for informational and educational purposes.

An analysis is not a medical diagnosis, a clinical test, or a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. Findings of clinical consequence should be discussed with a physician.

  2. 02

    Consent

To receive an analysis you must be at least 18 years old, the rightful owner of the DNA being analysed, and able to give informed consent on your own behalf. An analysis cannot be commissioned for third parties.

  3. 03

    Scope and pricing

Each analysis is scoped personally after you complete the questionnaire and share your DNA. We respond with a written proposal, the areas it will cover, the timeline, and the fee. Work begins only after you have agreed in writing.

  4. 04

    Refunds

Once an analysis has been written, it cannot be unmade. If you are not satisfied with the work, write to us; we treat every complaint personally and resolve them in good faith.

If an analysis has not yet begun, your deposit is refunded in full upon written request.

  5. 05

    Limitations

Genomics is an evolving science. An analysis reflects the state of the evidence at the time it is written. We make no guarantee that future research will not alter the interpretations herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helixir Genomics is not liable for any clinical or personal decision taken on the basis of an analysis without consultation of an appropriate healthcare professional.

  6. 06

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Disputes are settled by good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and by arbitration thereafter.
