Eight areas of how you age, read from your DNA by a scientist. For each one you get the same two things: what your DNA shows, and a few clear things you can do about it. This is informational and educational, never clinical.

    Long-term health

    How you are built to age

    What your DNA shows: where you lean across the systems that decide how well you age, cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive, hormonal, oncological. These are tendencies, not verdicts, and reading them early shows where your effort is worth the most.

    What you can do: a few clear changes, chosen for your biology and weighed against the science. Anything that matters clinically is flagged for your physician. This is informational, never a diagnosis.

    Inheritance

    What you could pass on, a defined panel

    What your DNA shows: a defined panel of recessive and high-penetrance conditions that can be passed to a child, the kind a couple often wants to understand before trying, or simply to know for themselves. We say plainly what is present, what is not, and what it means.

    What you can do: turn a surprise into an informed conversation. Each finding draws on ClinVar (the public reference library of gene variants) and the published research, and anything of clinical consequence goes to your physician.

    Pharmacogenomics

    How you handle medicines

    What your DNA shows: how your body is likely to process common medicines, antidepressants, statins, opioids, blood thinners, anaesthetics. This comes from the genes (your CYP enzymes and transporters) that break drugs down quickly or slowly.

    What you can do: carry these findings with you. Show them to any physician about to write you a prescription, so the dose is an informed choice from the start rather than trial and error.

    Fitness & performance

    How your body responds to training

    What your DNA shows: the exercise modalities your biology rewards, your recovery and injury predispositions, and the performance levers worth pulling, read from the genes behind power, endurance and repair.

    What you can do: train with your biology rather than against it, choosing the work that pays off for you and protecting the joints and tissues your DNA flags as worth looking after.

    Nutrition, food, drink, sensitivities

    What your body handles well

    What your DNA shows: how you handle lactose, gluten, salt, caffeine and alcohol, the macros your body uses well, and the foods worth foregrounding or avoiding.

    What you can do: make small daily choices tuned to your biology instead of a population average. Over years, that is the quiet difference between working with your body and fighting it.

    Personal supplementation plan

    A short, reasoned list

    What your DNA shows: where a supplement is likely to help you, and where it is not, read from your genes and from any bloodwork you choose to share.

    What you can do: keep a short, reasoned list with doses the research supports, and drop the rest. It is meant to replace the drawer full of guesses, not add to it. Educational guidance to discuss with your physician, never a prescription.

    Ancestry & deep lineages

    Where you come from

    What your DNA shows: your genetic ancestry composition, the deep maternal line written into your mitochondria (passed mother to mother for tens of thousands of years), and the deep paternal line on the Y, if your DNA carries one.

    What you gain: not a party-trick percentage, but a careful picture of the people whose biology you inherited, the context that makes the rest of your analysis read more truly.

    What your DNA shows: our age-and-ancestry-adjusted screener, read from the saliva kit we sequence for you, drawing together the signals across the other areas into one considered view of how you are ageing.

    What you gain: a measured sense of where you stand, framed as direction rather than a single number, so it points to where your attention is worth the most without pretending to predict.

What is not in this analysis

Restraint is part of the work.

We leave out traits where the science is still thin, and we never dress up a weak signal as a personal prediction. The analysis does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, it is informational and educational. Where a part of your biology cannot yet be read responsibly, we say so, and leave it for later, when the science catches up.

There is also what an array cannot reach. A DNA array reads about one million of your three billion positions, the common, well-studied ones. Rare variants, larger structural changes, and the deepest medicine-handling detail sit in the parts of your DNA it does not touch. When you want those too, you can choose to go deeper here.

The deeper path

When you want more DNA read, read all of it.

The same eight areas, the same hand-written interpretation, with deeper DNA underneath. Whole-genome sequencing reads every base rather than a sample, so it reaches the rare, high-impact and structural variants an array physically cannot see, and carries fuller detail on how you handle medicines. It is not a different practice, it is a depth you can choose here.
